In your email, please send any information you feel comfortable sharing. Some items to consider including in your email:

soldiers full name, where your soldier was born and raised, branch of service and latest rank, soldier's unit, circumstances surrounding the wound, details about the wound and rehab, attach photos to email (photos in the service, family, etc.), etc.

All submissions will be individually handled and all information will be custom entered into/onto this web site. Upon completion, we will send you an email along with a link to view your entry.
